About Me

Joy: Hillsboro, Oregon, United States; Since 2010, I had lost 74 pounds on my own. I quit eating sugar, fast food and drinking soda and started moving my body! Then the beginning of winter 2013, I gained 15 pounds back!! Then, August 2013, I found a new pre-packaged diet plan and lost 35 pounds. Then January 2015, I found myself Anemic and had low energy. I had to quit the fad diet, quit my trainer, quit running and just sat. Now I'm up 35 pounds. As of January 2016, I finally feel well enough to get back to my plan and I still have that little glimmer of hope of reaching 140 pounds. I'm hoping to fan the flames and reach my goal!! Today I am optimistically EXCITED!!! Working towards wildly excited of making it happen..... Have a fit day!!
