No matter what it shows at least I will be proactive. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and glad you are looking after you.Tessahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06165809857817404585noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7614746678835590944.post-41481550491473960942011-01-08T01:14:48.427-08:002011-01-08T01:14:48.427-08:00You know joy, I know what you mean. I depleted myself and wasn't doing enough to ensure I stayed healthy. balance. balance. balance. And sounds like you got a lot knocked out at the doctors. Good job.Christinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13708815560712267698noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7614746678835590944.post-36267213658282084902011-01-07T21:43:58.006-08:002011-01-07T21:43:58.006-08:00Glad that you're feeling a bit better. The aftermath of Christmas can be a letdown, and if you're having physical pain, winter can be all the more dreary!

Good for you going to the Dr. and taking care of yourself. I need to do that, but I tend to stay away because I don't want to get on the scale. Pretty dumb, huh?

Hang in there and take care of yourself.E. Every day is a new day and every once in awhile we all deserve a little pity party.

I don't know much about your tennis elbow and I'm certainly not a doctor, but my experience with it is - I had tennis elbow from constantly lifting heavy stuff at work the wrong way. Fast forward, suddenly I can't even reach up to the cupboard to get out a plate. Tons of rest, anti-inflammatories, physio (to the tune of $700.00 out of my pocket above what medical insurance pays) - NOTHING. So I go back to my doctor and he gives me a cortisone shot and ta da - instant relief. I've never had a reoccurance and I'm careful about lifting. I'm not one to recommend cortisone ('cuz it's not like it's good for you). Something to ask you doctor, perhaps.

And you are right, don't stop...keep on going.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
