Loving the Season!

I am absolutely loving the Season! I feel so much joy in my heart, loving my family and friends. Just grateful for all the Blessings the Lord has given me this year! I am hanging on to every minute this season brings. So grateful!!!

Being at 205 pounds is such a Blessing. Yeah I know it's not 150 pounds, but I will soon be there! Last Christmas I was heavier and not as in good a shape as I am this year. Can't wait to see what next year brings!

Even with the busy schedule I am still working my plan. This morning, I was up bright and early and my Hubby and I went for a 4 mile walk in the crisp and foggy Oregon weather. It was wonderful being together and exercising!

Still striving to get more weight off before Christmas!! I can do it!

How about you? Are you still focused on your weight loss and fitness plan!

Keep focused!!!!

  1. Yah, I can hear the enthusiasm in your writing. Good for you! I weigh less than last Christmas too - and am in better shape too. Feels great, eh? Even if we're not at goal - it's progress!
I went for a walk this morning - wish DH could have come with me but he had to work. Cold outside here, not complaining though. Better than the cold/rainy weather!

  2. You are so motivating... Thank you for such a positive and uplifting post. :)

    Merry Christmas

  3. Never been more focused and motivated about anything. I will weight less on the 1st of Jan than today!! .. and I am sure you will :)

  4. I just found your blog ... thank you for the encouragement!

  5. trying
    on :-)

  6. I am thankful along with you. I am not binging and being slothful. My weight loss is continuing, I am exercising, and drinking the water - so much different that holidays in the past. I pray to God for strength and thank Him for it as well. I should be under 200 lbs. at the beginning of 2012. I have not seen that in a long, long time. Looks like you will be joining me if not on January 1 soon thereafter. We can do this.

From downsizers - I deleted it in error - geez! Sorry!!
