Fortunately I stayed on my plan, with the help and encouragement from my friend Sam at ~

I was still able to get in 30 minutes of cardio, at a snails pace, but at least I got it done and I went to my trainer for weight training. Had a good food day, got in lots of water and journaled all my food. All in all, I had a pretty good day.
Back on track and focused!!!
